About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to small and medium-sized businesses across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently.
  • Making outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Offering pre- and post-sales support for self-service products to enhance customer experience.
  • Providing product and tool support to improve client satisfaction.
  • Identifying trends and solving problems facing multiple clients.

Requirements:

  • Native level of Polish, fluent level of English.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills.
