Lisboa, Lisboa, Portugal WTW Tempo inteiro

Company Overview:

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) is a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company that helps clients around the world turn risk into a path for growth. Our Integrated and Global Solutions team serves the needs of multinational clients.

About the Role:

This role involves supporting our multinational clients directly and working effectively with local colleagues in various countries. You will be responsible for coordinating local brokerage and consulting services in the area of medical and other insured benefit programs, as well as supporting senior colleagues to provide consulting services around all employee benefits to the headquarters.

You will be part of WTW's IGS team based in Lisbon and work closely with colleagues globally. The IGS team focuses on serving the needs of multinational clients' headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide data analytics, draft reports, and presentations, update project trackers, and work with Global Delivery Center colleagues, as well as local country consultants and brokers, to obtain status updates.
  • Manage clients' benefits data, including working with the GDC to populate data and ensuring it is accurate and updated on a timely basis. Facilitate and project manage initial technology and implementation tasks upon project start-up.
  • Effectively manage projects using established project management trackers and technology to deliver successful projects across all countries.
  • Support the use of Willis Towers Watson's proprietary technology, including Benefits Insights, Benefits Data Source, BenVals, and other tools, to help clients maximize the value from collected information.
  • Coordinate and project manage multi-country projects, such as global benefit benchmarking exercises, cost savings projects, and governance processes.
  • Help the global consulting lead provide proactive advice on optimizing the way benefits are managed globally, including effective use of local resources, brokers, consultants, and third-party providers.
  • Work with the global consultant lead to deliver advice to multinational clients on financing their risk benefit programs, such as self-insurance, multinational risk benefits pooling, and employee benefit captive work - for feasibility studies, negotiations, selections, implementations, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties, including local WTW teams and Correspondent Partners, as necessary, to ensure local broker-of-record letters and statements of work are in place.
  • Engage in dialogue with in-country consultants/brokers as needed to resolve local issues.
  • Participate in regular calls, both internally and with clients, to communicate progress and resolve outstanding matters.
  • Review local broker reports and other communications to ensure consistency of style and message, as appropriate.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, market practices, or otherwise, to identify issues clients should address.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working with multinational clients. Familiarity with global benefits and employee benefits would be an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
