About the Role
We are seeking a Tenant Representative to join our Office Tenant-Rep team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive integrated expertise regarding office buildings, including in-depth knowledge of every aspect of building specification, occupation, and location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop close relationships with existing clients, core developers, and potential clients.
- Provide superior client service, including accompanying clients during viewings, running meetings, and delivering presentations on the office market.
- Manage and lead local and corporate Office Leasing instructions.
- Ensure high-quality services and that all work is delivered on time to the satisfaction of the client.
Requirements:
- Good selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English.
- Highly numerate with very good analytical skills.
- Commercial acumen and interest in the wider real estate market.
