Your Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate the team based on standardization.
- Develop and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed about initiatives, progress, and risks.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness for decision-making purposes.
- Oversee Task Management practices to ensure timely execution of activities and initiatives aligned across the organization.
- Manage department risks in alignment with organizational risks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will need a University Diploma or Master's degree or equivalent experience. Project Management or MBA are a plus but not required. You should be able to manage and align cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and ensure standardization. You must collaborate with team members, maintain a positive dynamic while working under pressure, and have fluency in spoken and written English, including business terminology.
