About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving complex functional and technical issues related to SAP HCM, with a strong focus on payroll, personnel administration, and organizational management.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve challenging functional and technical issues with strong focus on SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM and TM);
Collaborate with business to understand and document opportunities and existing problems;
Manage system configuration in accordance with corporate guidelines and policies;
Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes;
Participate in the design of new enhancements and business processes that will improve operational efficiency across the organization;
Able to conduct workshops and trainings to Key Users.
About You
Degree in Computer Science or similar;
+4 Years' of Experience in SAP HCM;
Implementation in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Module is a Plus;
Minimum of two SAP HCM Payroll implementations;
Strong Knowledge in Payroll (PY), Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA);
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a team setting;
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with peers;
Fluency in English (written and oral).
