The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, administration, and implementation. They will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions
- Managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs
- Ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications
- Developing and maintaining custom reports, dashboards, and analytical tools
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
To succeed in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration is required, along with proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security. Certification in Salesforce Development, Administration, and Architecture is highly desirable.
