Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional who will play a vital part in our transformation journey and deliver extraordinary people services to employees working at Unit4 globally.

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will report into the People Experience Advisor Team Lead and work closely with People Experience managers, consultants, and employees worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Employee Lifecycle processes, including Onboarding, Employment documentation, Contract management, Time and Attendance management, Benefits, and Offboarding
  • Providing assistance and guidance to employees and managers on policies, processes, systems, and tools
  • Ensuring accurate people data and compliance through employee data and document administration
  • Managing competing priorities to meet KPIs, SLAs, and stakeholder needs

You will also have the opportunity to participate in projects and continuously improve the People Experience function with everything you do.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with the attitude to learn and grow, great people who want to be part of great teams, and someone who is excited to work in People Experience and create an extraordinary experience for our employees.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR or an Administrative/Customer Support role
  • A customer-centric mindset with a depth of thinking about positively impacting our people's experience
  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and verbal)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and preferably knowledge in an ERP or HCM system
