This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced environment, working closely with customers to resolve complex technical issues. You'll have the chance to work with a variety of tools and technologies, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Troubleshooting website issues such as errors and performance problems
  • Guiding customers through website features, account settings, and other technical processes
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by offering fast and effective solutions to technical problems

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Spanish (minimum C2 level required)
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (B2 level or higher preferred)
  • Previous customer service or technical support experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies related to customer data
