Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our Microsoft team. As a Polish language specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to customers using the Partner Center Platform.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting deliveries and working with customers to resolve technical customer issues
  • Determining technical support pain areas while working with customers
  • Providing feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams
  • Achieving CPE team goals and time to resolution or escalation

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native fluency in Polish
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2)
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment
  • Troubleshooting mindset
