Job Description
The Financial Expert will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance team with various financial and accounting tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new customer accounts
- Handling Accounts Payable, including processing suppliers' invoices in the ERP system
- Handling Accounts Receivable, such as processing sales order invoices and collecting payments
- Collaborating with account managers to address customers' queries
- Executing bank reconciliation and creating payment runs
- Supporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Assistant Controller in preparing the end-of-the-month closure
- Varying bookkeeping tasks
- Collaborating with different departments to better meet internal clients' needs
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in English and Dutch on a professional level
- Able to handle private and/or confidential information
- An MBO diploma in Business Administration or Accounting, or 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
