Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all capex and services procurement activities for the Sidul plant.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost savings and efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify business requirements and develop project procurement plans.
- Research and evaluate global or local suppliers based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, production, and distribution capabilities, reputation, financial status, and history.
- Analyze market trends and make recommendations to improve procurement processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial procurement, project purchasing, or a related field.
- Strong background in hard services management and contract negotiations.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably with food and/or beverage blending and packaging.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Project, and Word, and SAP ERP system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Estimated salary range: $80,000-$120,000 per year.
