Main ResponsibilitiesChef de Partie Role

The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing all food products in relevant sections and ensuring they are ready for in-house service. This involves maintaining outstanding food quality, appearance, and consistency that adhere to the restaurant's recipes and standards.

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to the menu and recipe specifications.
  • Ensure efficient time management to complete assigned prep work duties.
  • Assist in receiving and inspecting food products and other supplies for daily operations.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment at all times.
Qualifications and RequirementsExperience and Skills

To succeed as a Chef de Partie, you should have:

  • A Culinary Arts Diploma or similar degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years of kitchen experience, preferably in Asian restaurants.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and/or English.
  • In-depth knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and Sanitation protocols.
  • A commitment to maintaining high-quality control standards.
