Key responsibilities:

  1. Manage supplier invoices in the internal system
  2. Communicate effectively with suppliers through calls, emails, and other means
  3. Evaluate the need for escalation and take necessary actions
  4. Put suppliers in contact with the client when necessary

Requirements:

  1. Fluent German and English (C2 - written and oral)
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Proficiency in Excel and good communication skills
  4. Autonomy, responsibility, flexibility, dynamism, and resilience
