Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming queries from customers, providing accurate and courteous responses.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the relevant teams, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Record customer interactions and data in our CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, participating in project success.

Requirements

  • You are a native Dutch speaker with a business proficiency level of English.
  • You possess excellent communication and listening skills, with a strong ability to empathize with customers.
  • You are a motivated and committed individual, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
