Customer Service Liaison

Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to NetJets Owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will be the primary point of contact for NetJets Owners, handling all inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- You will work closely with the Maintenance Department to schedule maintenance options that minimize flight disruptions.
- You will collaborate with the Lead Pilot to establish efficient crew levels, ensuring each aircraft is crewed to minimize disruption.
- You will anticipate or resolve potential areas of owner discontent or conflict, working closely with relevant departments to minimize adverse consequences.
- You will provide information on airports, restrictions, aircraft performance, and travel documentation to deliver an uncompromising level of service.
- You will load flight details into the reservations system accurately and promptly to ensure relevant departments have the necessary data.
- You will capture flight feasibility by checking the reservation system and send confirmation to owners in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Aviation is preferred.
- Experience in customer-facing or call center environments, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Proficiency in Business English and at least one additional language (Russian, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish, Polish, Slovak, Czech, Turkish, Greek).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
