About the Job
As a customer service specialist, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing solutions to issues related to accounts, the platform, and more. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Requirements
