About the Role
We are seeking a highly personable and energetic Marketing and Communications Manager to join our TechHUB team. The successful candidate will be responsible for redefining the perception of technology within our organization, developing and executing marketing and communication strategies aligned with business goals, and managing multiple campaigns to meet deadlines and stay within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Redefine the perception of technology within HAVI Supply Chain
  • Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage multiple campaigns to meet deadlines and stay within budget

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience driving change and communications in technology and organizational change management areas with proven quantitative success records
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for crafting compelling content and messaging
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
  • Experience in maintaining and enhancing brand identity and reputation
  • Proficiency in measuring campaign success through KPIs and data-driven insights
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners
