About the Role
PagerDuty is seeking a skilled Order to Cash Systems Administrator to join the Enterprise Applications team in Lisbon. As a key member of the CIO organization, you will collaborate with internal and external resources on finance and technical operations teams to maintain, support, and advance our order to cash systems.

Key Responsibilities
Support configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of Zuora Billing & Revenue modules, including learning complex workflows and integrations with other business applications. Maintain data quality, security, and access controls across the order to cash systems, ensuring compliance with segregation of duties and SOX requirements. Participate in small to medium-sized projects, supporting task delegation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication. Contribute to gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, translating them into effective system solutions and process improvements. Provide basic support and training to end-users, while continuously expanding system knowledge and staying current with new features and best practices.

Requirements
3+ years of experience with order to cash systems, preferably with Zuora, performing administration and configuration, including exposure to 3rd party integrations in complex environments. Working knowledge of the full billing cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex issues independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively share ideas and present to stakeholders. Exposure to SOX controls for financial reporting and managing technical aspects of change management processes.
