Matchtech is seeking a highly skilled Tender Manager – Electrical Distribution Projects to join our team. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will be responsible for analyzing RFQs, defining bid strategies, and coordinating the preparation of technical and commercial offers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tendering and project proposals, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with internal teams, factories, and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
About You
We are looking for a skilled professional with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in tendering or proposal management, preferably in technological tendering for electrical distribution projects, is required.
You should have advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, Project, AutoCAD, SAP, Visio, and be proficient in Portuguese and Fluent English (C1) required; Spanish is a plus. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders, from suppliers to customers, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment is essential.
