Role Overview
We're seeking a driven Telesales Agent to connect with customers and promote our campervan services. This role will involve engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Follow-Up: Contact customers who have shown interest in booking a campervan but haven't completed the process.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Engage with customers who have existing bookings to encourage them to add extras, such as insurance or additional kilometres.
• Reconnect with past customers to promote new trips and special offers.
• Conduct virtual consultations to present options that meet customer travel needs.
• Develop strong connections with customers to build trust and foster loyalty for repeat business.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and track sales activities.

Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in travel or hospitality industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and online communication tools.
• Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that enhance their experience.
