About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Telesales professional to lead our Telesales team in Lisbon. As the Head of Telesales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding corporate client relationships, and supervising a dedicated team of Telesales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and expansion of corporate client relationships
- Supervise Telesales operations, including proactive outreach and nurturing existing clients
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team member
- Provide guidance, coaching, and inspiration to cultivate a structured and motivational sales approach
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and competitor landscapes
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in B2B telesales with a track record of delivering results
- Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
- Drive for results, fueled by a passion for exceeding goals
- Knowledgeable about CRM systems and telephone tools
- Fluent in French and English, with other languages a plus
