Your Role:

  • Lead the strategic development and expansion of corporate client relationships
  • Supervise Telesales operations, encompassing proactive outreach (hunting) and nurturing existing clients (farming)
  • Ensure meticulous monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team member
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and inspiration to cultivate a structured and motivational sales approach
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and competitor landscapes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B telesales with a track record of delivering results over several years
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
  • A drive for results, fueled by a passion for exceeding goals
