Key Responsibilities

  • Scale our Operations team of Physical Therapists to meet growing demands
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize performance and growth
  • Design and implement a best-in-class hiring and training model
  • Partner with Product and Tech leadership to identify opportunities for process and automation improvements
  • Drive performance on key metrics, including PT:Member ratio, clinical outcomes, member engagement, and cost-to-serve

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or equivalent
  • Previous startup experience and/or ability to thrive in a fluid environment
  • Experience scaling teams and investing in coaching and development of team members
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, with ability to communicate insights to stakeholders
