Job Description:
- Lead a team of technical writers to produce high-quality documentation that meets the needs of enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand product requirements and create documentation that is accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and maintain information architecture to ensure easy navigation and accessibility of documentation.
- Analyze existing content to identify opportunities for reuse and single-sourcing.
- Assist in writing and reviewing patents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a technical writer.
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of technical writers.
- Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Experience with OpenAPI and REST API.

- Good research and analytical skills.
- Fluency in US English.
