In our ongoing efforts to enhance our services, we seek a highly skilled Senior Corporate Actions Officer to join our team. This role is a great chance to work with international banking institutions and contribute to the growth of our Corporate Actions team.

As a Senior Corporate Actions Officer, you will be responsible for managing voluntary corporate actions, analyzing notifications received by custodians, and ensuring timely handling of Corporate Actions events. You will also be working closely with our KYC and Middle Office teams to instruct requirements linked to shareholder disclosure. Proficiency in Banking Applications, Swift tools, and Microsoft Office is a must, while fluency in English and German is highly valued.

This role is ideal for individuals with a financial academic background and at least 2 years of experience in Corporate Actions. If you are a team player with strong organizational and prioritization skills, this is an excellent opportunity to develop and adapt processes, work in autonomy, and contribute to the growth of our team.
