We are seeking a seasoned Thermodynamics Engineer/Expert to join our team at IBC. As a key member, you will leverage your expertise to shape processes and products in an innovative and dynamic environment.

About the Role:

• Lead the implementation of a cutting-edge Condensing Units assembly line from the ground up.
• Collaborate directly with decision-makers and impact strategic R&D transitions.
• Be at the forefront of product and process improvement in a high-tech environment.
• Engage in international travel for training and knowledge sharing.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic R&D Transfer: Transition cutting-edge research and development activities to our local production site, collaborating with our German R&D department, partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Continuous Improvement Champion: Drive innovation in processes and ensure long-term efficiency gains.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate and coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other professionals to achieve project milestones.
• Ownership of Assembly Line Setup: Assist in the design, procurement, installation, and optimization of a new production line.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated success in managing complex Condensing Unit projects and implementing production lines.
• Leadership Skills: Strong team management and coordination abilities.
• Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of thermodynamics principles and production technologies.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 depending on experience.
