Your Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic R&D Transfer: TTransitioning cutting-edge research and development activities to our local production site, in collaboration with our German R&D department, partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Continuous Improvement Champion: Drive innovation in processes and ensure long-term efficiency gains.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate and coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other professionals to achieve project milestones.
• Ownership of Assembly Line Setup: Assist in the design, procurement, installation, and optimization of a new production line.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated success in managing complex Condensing Unit projects and implementing production lines.
• Leadership Skills: Strong team management and coordination abilities.
