Role and Location
We are seeking a Junior Financial Controller to join our Controlling team in our Mortágua office. This is a full-time position reporting to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting activities, preparing and monitoring the annual budget and forecasts, ensuring data quality and integrity across various tools. Analyze KPIs, consolidate monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting worldwide, and prepare overall comments and analysis.

Key Tasks
Ensure monthly management control, analyzing offsets between budget and execution, and determining results per production unit. Guarantee that indicators are available for consultation and decision-making. Support management decisions and resource allocation to achieve proposed objectives efficiently and effectively. Facilitate performance appraisal, both individually and by responsibility centers. Monitor Endiprev's performance in complying with budgets, process goals, result centers, and other issues relevant to management. Cooperate with other areas to develop the company's productiveness, agility, and effectiveness. Control projects' monthly budget management. Cooperate with the financial area to comply with accounting requirements.

Requirements
2+ years of accounting experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, management, or economics, English proficiency, and advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
