This is a full-time position that involves working in rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 AM – 9 PM) with a fixed-term contract renewable every year. The company offers an intensive training program to ensure your success in this role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or social media
  • Providing guidance and support to customers on various topics
  • Developing effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless issue resolution

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone who:

  • Speaks a native level of Dutch and has at least a B2 level in English
  • Understands the value of delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
