As the Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will be the operational interface between IMS business partners and IMS service teams for all cross-service requests utilizing IMS services. Your responsibilities will include E2E brief intake, orchestration delivery management of key cross-service requests towards IMS services, and acting as the single point of contact for IMS towards the business.
The day-to-day tasks of this role will involve cross-service brief intake, specification, and enrichment with business partners and/or other IMS roles; planning and management of projects throughout their entire life cycle until final acceptance; gathering approvals and feedback from IMS business partners served in the requests; break-down into one-brief-requests to accommodate individual service needs; preparation of service request tickets and sub-tickets briefing of IMS service teams according to project plan; coordination with Center Operation Leads on timelines, team composition, risk mitigation; provision of status management and project communications; establishment of operational checkpoints, alignment meetings, and reviews between business partners & IMS.
We are looking for candidates who possess strong coordination and project management skills, solid marketing knowledge, and a detail-oriented personality with the ability to orchestrate multiple projects at the same time and sense for prioritization. The ideal candidate will also have strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, updates, and project status clearly and effectively. Additionally, they should have understanding of and practical experience with E2E digital marketing processes, consumer engagement, search, e-commerce, content, CRM, D2D, design, branding, social media, and marketing analytics, as well as related channels.
