We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing and CRM Specialist to join our team at Usercentrics GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for leading and shaping our email marketing and lifecycle automation strategy to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the email marketing strategy, including campaign execution, automation, segmentation, and personalization
- Optimize and scale marketing automation programs to ensure seamless customer journeys across various touchpoints
- Develop and execute CRM & lifecycle strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools
- Marketing Automation Tool Admin with advanced proficiency in Pardot (Account Engagement)
