We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Sales Executive to join our team at Abroad Experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, has strong communication skills, and is fluent in Dutch. As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting the customer service team in achieving sales and retention targets.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Providing commercial and advisory services to customers via phone, email, and chat (inbound).
- Converting warm leads (starter kits) and retention calls for customers on our subscriptions (outbound).
- Ensuring trust in our products and our brand.
- Languages:
- You must be a fluent Dutch speaker (C1 level) and proficient in English.
