**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Engagement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement digital engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Manage and optimize digital communication channels, including email, social media, and messaging;
- Conduct thorough customer research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving digital engagement;
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and customer service team to ensure alignment of digital engagement efforts with overall business goals;
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and behavior using tools like CRM systems and digital analytics platforms and provide regular reports on performance;
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital engagement and relationship management;
- Identify and test new digital engagement channels and strategies to drive continuous improvement;
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
- Proven experience in digital engagement, digital marketing, or a similar role;
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools;
- Experience with digital communication platforms and tools such as CRM systems, social media management tools, and digital analytics platforms;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
