At Phiture, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow administration, with expertise in configuring and maintaining the platform. This role requires excellent technical skills, including Java, JavaScript, and database management.

The Senior ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This includes working directly with the ServiceNow Admin Team to resolve support issues and fulfill their requests within ServiceNow. The successful candidate will also manage a team of ServiceNow System Administrators, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams. Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology is also essential, as well as exposure to cloud infrastructure concepts.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 months of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, database concepts, and data onboarding experience. They will also hold relevant certifications, such as ServiceNow System Administrator and ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
  2. Manage a team of ServiceNow System Administrators
  3. Resolve LDAP/SSO related issues and integration related issues
  4. Enable plugins (available or HI portal)
  5. Create transform maps if necessary to transform the data
  6. Modify existing transform maps
  7. Add or modify field maps to map the fields into TfSNow
  8. Create or modify simple transform map scripts to transfer the data smoothly into TfSNow
  9. Create/Customize SLAs
  10. Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards
  11. Manage email properties and system properties
  12. Implement table archiving
  13. Coordinate with ServiceNow vendor support for planned events, changes, or activities in the ServiceNow datacentre
  14. Create basic Service Catalog UI
  15. Promote update sets
  16. Address Service portal related issues
  17. Validate ACL for troubleshooting and workflow troubleshooting
  18. Manage 3rd level support and escalations
