O teu dia a dia e responsabilidades: Integrar e participar ativamente em desafios tecnológicos com uma vertente focada em projetos que envolvam a melhoria das operações através da Plataforma ServiceNow;Planear, executar e/ou coordenar com autonomia as suas atividades, ou de elementos mais juniores, a realizar na elaboração dos diversos outputs no âmbito de um projeto ou stream de projeto, numa abordagem Agile;Gerir responsavelmente e de acordo com a sua esfera de atuação as interações diárias com o cliente;Traduzir requisitos de negócio em requisitos de desenvolvimento para soluções de elevada qualidade técnica e escaláveis, seguindo as melhores práticas;Contribuir para a partilha de conhecimento e formação de elementos mais juniores da equipa;Contribuir para comunidades de conhecimento do ServiceNow Centre of Excellence;Contribuir para o desenho e desenvolvimento de documentação de suporte ao projeto;Intervir no suporte técnico e interagir com equipas para clientes nacionais e/ou internacionais.És tu quem procuramos?Formação superior (Licenciatura ou Mestrado ou Mestrado Integrado) nas áreas de Informática, Eletrotécnica e de Computadores ou experiência similar na área de Sistemas de Informação;Conhecimentos técnicos de JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS;Experiência em Standards para integração com outros sistemas (ex.
