Job Summary:
Mercan Properties seeks a Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will drive business development efforts, focusing on expanding our network of partners and capturing new business from intermediaries. Your expertise will help build strategic partnerships, conduct market research, and develop effective strategies to drive commercial growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage key intermediaries, including wealth management agents, attorneys, and investment firms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, understanding their needs and how Mercan's services can add value.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the B2B landscape, refining strategies to drive business growth.
  • Create and implement effective strategies to capture new business from intermediaries, driving the sales process from initial contact to partnership agreement.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for potential B2B partners, clearly articulating the benefits of partnering with Mercan.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
