We are seeking an ARIBA Admin Trainee - Global Procurement Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a critical member of our Procurement department, you will be responsible for supporting the function of all activities within the ARIBA tool. Your primary role will be to act as an ARIBA expert, serving as the interface between end-users, IT, the ARIBA service provider, and suppliers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communication with the ARIBA community (local purchasing organizations and their suppliers);
- Ensuring quality and effectiveness of processes and securing compliance by applying tight controls;
- Providing accurate information and solutions along with timely reporting;
- Supporting User Maintenance (new users, change authorizations), User Support (answering questions, giving requested support/advice, conducting trainings), and Supplier Support (answering questions, giving requested support/advice);
- Supporting the resolution/identification of operational issues within the tool;
- Helping with incident handling (checking incidents raised by key users, root cause analysis, checking in test system, raising Incident in IT shop, tracking, re-testing, closing).
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, and German would be a plus. You should also have a degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, IT Systems, or equivalent fields. Previous experience in Share Service Organization would be an advantage, as well as knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel, and SAP.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary ranging from € 45,000 to € 65,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
