Job Summary

We are seeking an Italian Language and Support Expert to join our team at TN Portugal.

This role involves providing exceptional customer support to clients in Italy, handling customer inquiries via various channels, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, fluency in Italian, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent in Italian (C2 level).
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
