Job Opportunity:

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst Commercial Execution to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our revenue and cost structure, competitive landscape, and network capabilities.
  • Formulate strategies to maximise network revenue and address specific business questions across functions, regions, and business partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing groups to develop value proposition management and strategy development.
  • Determine and review key performance indicators (KPIs) to coordinate business and financial performance reviews and discuss new lane level opportunities.
  • Guide and support sales teams by bringing a holistic view of interactions and engagements with customers, as well as analysing key drivers to results.
  • Conduct regular research and analysis of competitive and market landscapes.
  • Support or lead projects by applying area expertise.

Requirements:

  • Curiosity and team player attitude.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools, such as SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools, like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Experience with query languages, including SQL, Hive, R, Python, etc., is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language).
  • Revenue Management and/or Logistics experience is a benefit.
