Randstad Portugal is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our customer support team as a Gernan Speaking Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide detailed information about our insurance products
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns

Requirements:

  • Native or advanced proficiency in German (C2 level)
  • Intermediate level of English (B2 level)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of 1100€/month
  • Complexity bonus of 100€/month
  • Performance bonus up to 100€/month
  • Meal allowance of 7.23€ per day worked
  • Welcome Bonus: Up to €3,000 (paid quarterly)
