Job Overview:

The position involves working with our Global IT team, specifically within the Business Solutions – Record to Report Team, which is part of the Group Applications IT. Our responsibility includes rolling out SAP FI/CO/SD/MM across the global setup in DSV, implementing any other SAP-based solutions, supporting and improving our business processes, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations in various countries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative solutions for clients by analyzing their requirements and configuring SAP modules within FI/CO/SD/MM
  2. Provide expert guidance on SAP modules within FI/CO/SD/MM to internal teams
  3. Evaluate and improve technical design, configuration, and business requirements gathering within the DSV SAP template
  4. Create comprehensive documentation for requirement, design, and technical specifications
  5. Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and roll out solutions
  7. Use critical-thinking skills to develop effective solutions to complex business challenges

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ERP as FI-CO functional consultant with experience in global rollouts, preferably with additional modules like SD/MM
  3. Ideal experience of 2+ years in S/4 HANA
  4. Strong expertise in creating requirements documentation, design, and technical documentation
  5. Excellent communication skills to explain complex SAP concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  6. Demonstrate deep understanding of end-to-end finance business process
  7. Proven track record of driving workshops and training sessions
  8. Native-level fluency in English language
  9. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication
  10. Able to work independently under pressure and be a collaborative team member
  11. Effective time management and organization skills
  12. Adept at adapting to changing company needs and priorities
  13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on financial processes
  14. Occasional travel may be required for meetings and workshops
