At TN Portugal, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Human Resources Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping our recruitment strategy and supporting the growth of our organization.

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide expert HR support throughout the recruitment cycle, ensuring that we attract, select, and retain top talent for our company. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of recruitment processes, including job descriptions, search, selection, and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Ensure all HR documents are in place and in line with current legislation and group policy
  • Keep abreast of employment law in Portugal and provide guidance to management
  • Provide support in ad-hoc HR processes, including disciplinary procedures
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent management
  • Strong knowledge of employment law in Portugal and ability to apply it effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy
  • Mature attitude, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
