Job Summary: We are seeking an Order to Cash specialist to join our team at Thales Portugal. As an O2C Team Member, you will play a key role in the order to cash process, ensuring seamless execution from customer master data to billing and collections.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure accurate customer master data, manage billing processes, handle credit limits, collections and disputes, perform AR month-end processing and reporting.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related field. 1+ years of experience in a Shared Service environment or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under minimal supervision.
