Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Alter Solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring the technical and functional setups align with our architecture's patterns and recommendations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Change & Run: Ensure that every IT setup adheres to Security obligations and frameworks. Install, configure, and parameterize components/modules of Portfolio's applications. Deploy upgrades and patches as provided by vendors. Design, build, monitor, update, and decommission data feeds as inputs/outputs of portfolio's applications.
  2. Help plan, prepare, and document Delivery milestones (IT Road Map, Rollback Instructions, delivery roadmap).
  3. Support: Be in charge of the L3 support level, analyzing and diagnosing incidents, providing OPS with solving instructions, and opening/following up issues at Vendor level (Axway).
  4. Testing: Perform unitary testing before UATs or Breakfix deliveries.
  5. Monitoring: Detect service interruptions, watch data exchanges, and maintain communication with stakeholders (OPS, BP2I, vendor, software editor). Create/maintain relevant documentation across the whole Portfolio's lifecycle.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT.
  2. Relevant professional experience in IT (between 6 and 10 years).
  3. Relevant experience as a TMA/tech lead.
  4. Knowledge of Business/IT relationship.
  5. Database conception and implementation.
  6. Programming skills (JAVA, Shell, SQL/PLSQL).
  7. Experience with Axway tools is a plus.

Language Skills:

  1. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

Soft Skills:

  1. Capacity to collaborate in a project.
  2. Capacity to be organized.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
