THE ROLE

Indie Campers is seeking a seasoned RV Sales Financial Products Specialist to craft and implement financial products that will support the growth of our second-hand RV sales business. This role is global in scope and involves strategic planning, analytical tasks, operational setup, and commercial negotiations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure a consistent product and brand experience across all markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop auto loans, credit, ancillary insurances, warranty extensions, and other financial products tailored to our RV sales.
  • Negotiate partnerships with financial institutions, insurers, and other financial services providers in key markets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product & Tech, and Revenue Management teams to align products and processes with Indie Campers' strategy and value proposition.
  • Monitor the performance of financial products and ensure compliance with local regulations in all operating countries.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in strategic consulting, private equity, financial services, automotive sales, or related fields.
  • Technical expertise in business and financial analysis, business development, commercial negotiation, market research, project management.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ambitious and strategic thinker, who operates with high standards.
  • Collaborative and detail-oriented.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish, French, German, or Italian is a plus.
