Job Purpose
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive our growth in key enterprise markets in the EMEA South region, especially focusing on expanding the client base in Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise named accounts, identifying and closing new customers, and achieving individual, team, and organisational sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • • Work closely with the Enterprise Sales Development team and Marketing to increase market awareness and lead generation.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline independently and with the help of Sales Development Representatives across enterprise named accounts.
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting enterprise clients.
    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the beqom solution, its applications, and related business processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The profile we're looking for includes:
  • • Minimum 5 years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales.
    • Experience selling in the Italian market or familiarity with EMEA South region dynamics is a strong advantage.
    • Strong preference for candidates with experience in Compensation Management, HR Tech, Pay Equity Tech, or related fields.
