Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager I Thousandeyes to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through proactive support and optimization of our customers' networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide premium support to select named accounts, aligned to their business hours, and work closely with the 24x7 support team to ensure seamless support.
- Optimize customer systems to ensure peak performance and provide training to customers on best practices.
- Establish and maintain highly collaborative relationships with support teams and customers/partners, leading to referral and renewal.
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to address product issues, identify workarounds & solutions, and drive business growth.
- Assume the role of escalation manager when needed and ensure timely communication to all stakeholders for escalated issues with high impact or strategic visibility.
- At least 5-7 years of support experience within a Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or Technical customer-facing organization.
- Excellent Portuguese speaking communication skills (C1 Level).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
- Expert understanding of network and application protocols (Cisco/Juniper certification strongly preferred - CCNA/DEVNET/JNCP, etc.).
- Experience with Cloud/SaaS software products is highly desirable.
