Technical Account Manager for Strategic Industries

Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers to craft and execute strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services
  • Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices
  • Develop close relationships with customers to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges

Requirements: Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for at least four of the following technical domains: Compute/ Storage/ Networking/ CDN/ Databases/ DevOps/ Big Data and Analytics/ Security/ Applications Development in a distributed systems environment
