Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to support the Business Unit Director, developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to promote and sell our specific offering, aligning with the overall sales objectives and targets of the operating unit. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive new business: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our services within target markets.
  • Build lasting relationships: Become a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Present with impact: Showcase our offerings through compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Closed deals: Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate effectively: Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving cloud landscape, including market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field (5 years minimum).
  • Experience in Time & Materials Business (Outsourcing).
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and challenges effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute account plans to achieve objectives.
  • Experience in the IT sector in which we operate can be a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, including negotiation, closing deals, and upselling or cross-selling products/services.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and internal processes.
  • Capability to speak, understand, read and write English at a professional level.
