AWS Enterprise Support Technical Account Manager, ES

This role is part of the AWS Enterprise Support team, which provides strategic guidance and technical support to our largest customers. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned customers, working closely with their technical teams to identify and address their cloud computing needs. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive adoption and usage of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, and more.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  1. Experience working with operational parameters and troubleshooting for at least four of the following technical domains: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.
  2. Working with engineering/technology teams for large customers or a major segment of a large entity in the Public Sector, Enterprise, or Start-up industry.
